Yes, AYW has bartenders, waitstaff, chefs, utility persons and valet parkers to accommodate 10 – 500 guests. 2. Can you cater my daughter’s/son’s bar/bat mitzvah? Yes, AYW will design a menu to accommodate your specific needs and requests up to 500 guests. 3. I am opening a new restaurant in Dutchess County, NY, can you train my staff? Yes, AYW will meet with you, determine your training needs and implement a training program to best accommodate your staff and hence, offering the best service to your future patrons. 4. I don’t have time to plan my parent’s 50th anniversary. Can you help? Yes, we can plan the event for you, from the event location, the caterer, rental equipment, decorating, entertainment and staffing,…all of the details for a successful party. 5. Do you offer services on holidays? Yes, AYW offers service on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Passover, Easter, Fourth of July, Rosh Hashana Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day…just to name a few. Holiday fees apply. 6.
