Hi Kelly,
Just wanted to let you know that the reunion was a huge success and a large part of it was due to the delecious food! Everyone enjoyed the buffet immensely and ate to their hearts content. All of the guys were so impressed with the size & quality of the burgers! Everything was delicious, plentiful and presented perfectly. It was everything we hoped for and more!

I just wanted you to know that your company, As You Wish Services, outdid itself for our son's wedding celebration on May 22, 2011. Everything was handled in a highly professional manner and it was a pleasure to work with you and your very competent staff.

You kept me apprised from the initial planning to the final preparations. Every detail was taken care of. When I suggested some changes you respected our decisions and we worked as a team. All details, such as the coordination with the florist, caterer, tent staff, and others, was done with precision.

During the actual event you were there to handle any untoward incidents and you were really "hands on." Kudos again to your excellent staff who were always at our beck and call. You were like a conductor of a symphony orchestra, yet not one bad note!

The dust has finally settled and we are returning to our “real life”.

We are still in awe at the professionalism you and your staff showed at Betsy and Rachel’s ceremony. Everyone commented, and they continue to comment, on your staff and how attentive they were (a true reflection of you and Helene). With almost 250 guests, this was a huge undertaking—and you saw to every detail seamlessly. Dealing with chefs from NYC – with every single thing having to be rented – showcased your tremendous organizational skills. Even the band and the florist mentioned how professional you were. You and your staff took that huge thunderstorm in stride with amazing calm, just as if that too had been totally planned for.

We can’t thank you enough for all you did to make the whole day truly unforgettable. I will be singing your praises for years to come.

During the planning meetings that preceded the wedding, I was alternatively awed to details that I never considered at all and horrified about the way it might have to myself frequently,” Well! That could have been a disaster – if not for Kelly. Of course, the fact that my friends and I decided that we would do the cooking for my son’s wedding added both to the complications and to the fun. But Jason had made a request, and I didn’t want to turn him down, even though we were expecting 250 guests, all fun, Kelly, and you made it manageable. In addition to your attention to detail, your infinite calm and your positive attitude. There is one thing that I am sorry about. I wish I had asked your staff help more with the food. Your chef was fantastic, and he made all the last minute details work even better than I imagined. Your servers were exactly what we hoped for- friendly, helpful, and good natured. To feel that our house was exactly where they wanted to be on that day!
