The dust has finally settled and we are returning to our “real life”.

We are still in awe at the professionalism you and your staff showed at Betsy and Rachel’s ceremony. Everyone commented, and they continue to comment, on your staff and how attentive they were (a true reflection of you and Helene). With almost 250 guests, this was a huge undertaking—and you saw to every detail seamlessly. Dealing with chefs from NYC – with every single thing having to be rented – showcased your tremendous organizational skills. Even the band and the florist mentioned how professional you were. You and your staff took that huge thunderstorm in stride with amazing calm, just as if that too had been totally planned for.

We can’t thank you enough for all you did to make the whole day truly unforgettable. I will be singing your praises for years to come.

During the planning meetings that preceded the wedding, I was alternatively awed to details that I never considered at all and horrified about the way it might have to myself frequently,” Well! That could have been a disaster – if not for Kelly. Of course, the fact that my friends and I decided that we would do the cooking for my son’s wedding added both to the complications and to the fun. But Jason had made a request, and I didn’t want to turn him down, even though we were expecting 250 guests, all fun, Kelly, and you made it manageable. In addition to your attention to detail, your infinite calm and your positive attitude. There is one thing that I am sorry about. I wish I had asked your staff help more with the food. Your chef was fantastic, and he made all the last minute details work even better than I imagined. Your servers were exactly what we hoped for- friendly, helpful, and good natured. To feel that our house was exactly where they wanted to be on that day!
